APRS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2000

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Professional Recording Services Limited will be held at the Thames Hotel, Maidenhead, Berkshire, on Wednesday 29th March 2000 at 12 noon for the following purposes:

• To consider and approve the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 1998.
• To elect 1 Director in respect of a vacancy to represent Studios, one Candidate offers himself for election : Dennis WEINREICH
• To re-elect 2 Directors to represent Studios:
  • David FISHER (acting chairman, technical committee)
  • David WARD (acting chairman, education and training)
• To confirm the nomination of 3 Directors:
  • Malcolm ATKIN nominated by Studios
  • Moni BOGHAL nominated by Suppliers
  • Keith LLOYD nominated by PAD
• To re-appoint Lemon & Co. as Auditors.

1. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and, on a poll, vote in his place. 
   A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
2. A form of proxy is enclosed. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent you from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person. To be effective the instrument appointing a proxy, and any power of attorney or other authority under which it is executed (or a duly certified copy of any such power or authority), must be received at the Company's postal address not less than 36 hours before the time for holding the meeting (or at fax number 01825 890773 not less than 6 hours before)
3. No member shall be entitled to vote unless all moneys presently payable by him or her to the Association have been paid.
4. Affiliates may attend the Meeting but may not vote.
