Basic Rule of Eligibility:

Your company must be registered in the UK, exhibit predominantly UK products/services and submit the application to the APRS for consideration prior to the cut-off date. If you have foreign-made goods to display, you will need to inform the APRS well in advance of the cut-off-date so your eligibility can be evaluated.

Number of Funded Participations:

As the AES (USA) event is a designated ‘core’ event, companies are eligible for funding at AES events held in the USA twice in any ten-year period. Please note that funded participations at the AES shows in the USA do not affect your company’s eligibility for funding at non-core events held in the USA. Companies receiving funding at non-core events in the USA are eligible for five participations in any given ten year period (with a maximum of three events in any one region of the USA).

Forecast on Grants:

The DTI event questionnaire and proof of your exhibition stand and construction costs must be returned by each company promptly after the event so the Group’s grants can be claimed and distributed in December 1999. If your company is eligible for grants the management fee will be deducted from the funds received, if not you will need to prepay your management fee.
